Adjuvant Therapy

Adjuvant therapy refers to the treatment given in addition to the main treatment. These are important in dreadful diseases like malignant cancer. After removal of malignant cancer by surgery, still some residual tissue of malignant cell still remaining which leads to the spread of cancer.
