Arterial stiffness is a term used for the elasticity of the arteries. Arteriosclerosis is the hardening or stiffening of the arteries. The hardness of arteries influences how hard the heart has to work to pump blood through the body.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research.
