RNA Sequencing Peer-review Journals

RNA Sequencing also called RNA-seq is a method that utilizes the capabilities of next-generation sequencing to reveal a picture of RNA presence and amount from a genome at a given moment. This allows for sequencing of the RNA transcripts in a cell, providing to look at alternative gene spliced transcripts, post-transcriptional modifications, gene fusion, and changes in gene expression. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
