Insomnia is one among the prominent sleeping disorders in which patient suffers from sleeplessness, restlessness, powerlessness to nod off or to stay unconscious.
Insomnia is broadly divided into primary and secondary insomnia. Primary insomnia doesnât show any serious impact on patient health but person suffers from sleep disturbance or impaired sleep or prolonged sleep or loss of quality sleep. This shows negative effect on personâs daily working functionalities and feel dissatisfaction, restlessness and irritability. Patients experience waking during mid night and find difficulty to sleep again.
