Insomnia is one among the prominent sleeping disorders in which patient suffers from sleeplessness, restlessness, powerlessness to nod off or to stay unconscious.
Insomnia is broadly divided into primary and secondary insomnia. Primary insomnia doesnââ¬â¢t show any serious impact on patient health but person suffers from sleep disturbance or impaired sleep or prolonged sleep or loss of quality sleep.
