Blood clot formation in the blood vessel causes obstruction of blood flow in circulatory system is known as thrombosis. If a thrombus is remarkably large sufficient to decrease the blood flow to a tissue, hypoxia can occur and at the same time metabolic products like lactic acid can accumulate. Main cause of Thrombosis is hypercoagulability or injury of endothelial cell etc.Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
