Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels or from deforestation. The impacts of Global Warming are Rising Seas, Changes in rainfall, Increased likelihood of extreme events, Melting of the ice caps, Melting glaciers, Widespread vanishing of animal, Bleaching of Coral Reefs due to warming seas, acidification due to carbonic acid formation, Loss of Plankton due to warming seas. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
