Resources Management

The aim of the resource management in defense is to effectively manage the resources and organisational environment of the military with the knowledge, attitudes and skills in defense Resource Management. A research in Organisation and Resource Management develops critical thinking and sound management through the ongoing evaluation and interpretation of the military environment in an interdisciplinary and comprehensive manner. The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has recently been plagued by incessant clashes between organisational political leadership and trade unions.
