According to the world statistics 69% of the adults consume caffeine every day in the form of energy drink, coffee, soft drinks etc. caffeine is a CNS stimulant. Caffeine antagonizes, or blocks, adenosine receptors. Adenosine is a by-product of cellular activity, and the adenosine receptors play a role in producing feelings of tiredness and the need to sleep. Consequently, the action of Dopamine increases which produces a feeling of satisfaction etc. Caffeine withdrawal produces a unpleasant feelings which differ among individuals. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
