Journal of anaplastology focuses on the advanced free flap transfer techniques like fasciocutaneous flaps and anterolateral thigh flap are used in reconstructive surgeries which can produce optimal aesthetic and functional results. Skeletal Reconstruction involves bone grafting to prevent further soft tissue defects and to maintain structural integrity in case of significant bone loss and tissue fragments. On the other hand body reconstruction technique involves reshaping facial and body tissue whose appearance or functionality has been affected by a disease or for cosmetic reasons.
