Biography

Saeed Ahmed is a board-certified pediatrician with over fifteen years of experience in the comprehensive care and treatment of HIV-infected pregnant women, children, and their families. A member of the inaugural class of the Baylor Pediatric AIDS Corps, Dr. Ahmed has been living and working in Malawi since 2006. He is the founder and program director of the USAID-funded Tingathe program, which utilizes community health workers to improve uptake and utilization of EID, PMTCT, and HIV care and treatment services in Malawi.
