Bioremediation is a waste management technique that involves the use of organisms to remove or neutralize pollutants from a contaminated site. Bioremediation of pesticide was carried out by Pseudomonas aeruginosa using a scale up process technique followed by shake flask bioreactor methods under controlled environmental conditions. During the bioremediation study, fluctuations in bacterial growth in flask bioreactor were recorded as absorbance at 550 nm.
