Fetal eye development starts after 2 weeks of contraception and optic nerve is the first part that starts developing in a fetus. During week 4 of pregnancy, cells from the developing brain tissue begin to come together to start forming two optic nerves, one on each side of the head and outer layer of fetal cells will develop lens of the eye. 8th week of pregnancy will make the formation of complex eye as cells at the back of the eye that perceives and processes light. 16th week completes the entire process and baby receives and responds to light but eyelids open only at 26th week. So yes your vision begins at 2 weeks of your origin.
