No, probably not, as a marketing academic, I have the privilege of training the next generation of business students. Many of these students have to study both Marketing and Accounting as part of their degree and very, very few excel at both. Which begs the question, what is it about both disciplines that make them seemingly at odds with one another, both in academia and in the workplace.
