Clean your tongue

Do not concentrate only on tooth during oral health care, clean your tongue also to make it more effective and germs free. There are various research institutes and companies regularly performing research to attain best possible oral hygiene to humans. It may be regarding any toothbrush, paste, gum massagers or other various oral health improvement products.

Eat 'detergent' foods

This may confuse you, but yes, there are some categories of food, which we can consider in this zone. As for example, apples can be a good food, which behaves as teeth cleaner while eating. These type of food we term it as detergent food. These are mostly fibrous in nature.

Brush your teeth with baking soda once a week
