Practice flossing with your eyes shut
Do not wait for a mirror to floss, with a little practice this can be done by keeping our eyes shut. And by flossing we can minimize our risk of microbial growth in our mouth. We can use our toothbrush also to floss or can use oral health products. We also need to change our brushes regularly, so that brushing would not have only job of transferring bacteria from outside to mouth.
