Wine without the Hangover

Wine is a fermented food used as a drink in most of the countries. In Future, there may be wine without hangover. Fermented foods are composed with polyploid strains of yeast containing multiple copies of genes in the genome. Several researchers are conducting studies to conclude. With the help of a "genome knife," researchers believe they can reduce the next-day pain from alcohol toxins that cause this type of unpleasantness. Also, Researchers had to precisely cut across multiple copies of a target gene in the genome, making the set goal a very difficult task.
