Severe Diabetic Neuropathy

Diabetic myelopathy is seemingly an uncommon clinical disorder that is encountered in up to 41% of the cases in autopsy. It should be suspected in all diabetic patients with subacute progressive symptoms affecting all extremities even in the absence of dysfunction of bowel/bladder sphincters.
