Ebola virus disease (EVD) also known as Ebola haemorrhagic fever, which is sever and often fatal in humans. This virus was transmitted from wild animals to humans, and now is transmitting from humans to humans. The average EVD case fatality rate is around 50%. Case fatality rates have varied from 25% to 90% in past outbreaks. The first ever EVD case was observed in a remote in central Africa near tropical rain forests .As on march 2015, Eleven Ebola patients have been treated in USA hospitals, in which seven are persons who were evacuated from West Africa ,and two are imported cases, and two are secondary cases. There are no currently licensed Ebola vaccines but 2 potential candidates are undergoing process.
