Voltammetric Resolution of Dopamine in Presence of Ascorbic Acid and Uric Acid at Poly (Brilliant Blue) Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

Poly (brilliant blue) modified carbon paste electrode was fabricated for the detection of dopamine in the presence of large excess of ascorbic acid and uric acid in phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.4. The redox peaks obtained at poly (brilliant blue) modified carbon paste electrode shows good electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of dopamine.
