Sole Gallbladder Metastasis in a Patient with Malignant Melanoma

Malignant melanomas have the potential of metastasizing to any organ in the body. The most frequent distant metastatic localizations are lung, liver, skin and gastrointestinal tract. In gastrointestinal tract, the most common metastatic site is small intestine.
