Normally, the formers include hereditary clotting defects [e.g. deficiencies in protein-S (PS), in protein-C (PC), in antithrombin (AT) genes, or factor V Leiden, and Prothrombin (PT) G20210A substitution] and autoimmune diseases [(anti-phospholipid-antibodies syndrome (APA)].
