Electrochemical DNA Biosensor

Some hybridization experiments with non-complementary oligonucleotides were carried out to study the selectively of the biosensor. Achievements showed that this DNA biosensor could be used for detection E1 HPV gene due to selectivity of the electrochemical measurement system. A detection limit of probe immobilized on electrode to its complementary sequence was 1.49 nM.
