Basal Cell Adenocarcinoma (BCAC) is a rare subtype of carcinoma of salivary glands. It accounts for 1.6% of all salivary gland neoplasms and 2.9% of malignant salivary gland neoplasms. BCAC is especially rare in parotid glands. The biological behavior of BCAC is invasive and destructive, with perineural and vascular invasion.
