alexa Scalable SNP Analyses of 100+ Bacterial or Viral Genomes

OMICS International organises 3000+ Global Conferenceseries Events every year across USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open Access Journals which contains over 50000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board members.

Scalable SNP Analyses of 100+ Bacterial or Viral Genomes

With the flood of whole genome finished and draft microbial sequences, analysts need faster, more scalable bioinformatics tools for sequence comparison. An algorithm is described to find single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in whole genome data. It scales to hundreds of bacterial or viral genomes, and can be used for finished and/ or draft genomes available as unassembled contigs.
