Climate Change and Habitat Destruction

Apart from being used in movies and comics, wolverines do exist as very robust but small in size. Mostly found in parts of North America, Canada and some parts of Alaska. They are small with an average size of 15 kilos. Morphologically they are very aggressive in picking intra-territorial fights, have very voracious eating habits and are habitual of very harsh habitats. These species are facing a major threat to extinction as most of their habitats are being either destroyed or took over by human activities. As a result the species that is adapted to live in a wide areas, are forced to adapt in continuous shrinking forests. Government officials and forest rangers have strongly opposed these human activities in support of their habitat preservation.
