Improvement of stem cells in Translational Medicine

Stem cells are type of cells which capable to develop the multiply the cells, which can help to serve to repair in the internal system of humans or animals. The character of division in cells has led to regenerate the organ in the system. This character is functionally supported by bone marrow. In other organs, such as pancreas and heart, they only divide under special condition.

Megakaryocyte (MK) is a rare group of hematopoietic cells present in the adult bone marrow and platelets production which are done in critical to vascular hemostasis and wound healing. In ex vivo generation of MK from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) provide a renewable cell sources in platelet for treating patients suffering from thrombocytopenic and allows a better understanding of MK biology.
The main need to approach is to include develop a healthy by Translational medicine and maintain stable method for functional progeny cells, such as MK from hiPSCs and minimizing the risk and variation from the animal-derived products in cell cultures. Transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing revealed that megakaryocytic-related genes were highly expressed.
