Susceptibility of spondyloarthropathy

In spondyloarthropathy two additional factors can be considered: Organismal and Environmental. The susceptibility or predetermination of spondyloarthropathy can be studied specifically with the help of the genetic makeup of Coryphonidae and Perissodactylae. The doubt to weather the environment factors have evolved to be more potent or the concentration has increased given the current, trans-mammalian penetrance of spondyloarthropathy. This does not actually negate genetic effects, but seems to determine the prevalence with which a given animal develops the disease.
