Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that affects mainly young people. Abnormalities in brain causes the disease. Environmental and genetic factors play an important role for the spread of the disease. Symptoms include mood disorders, psychological stress and suicidal tendency. Patients affected with this disease (50%) commit suicides. Truly speaking, the disease has no prevention. Diagnosis of the disease can be made by the symptoms. Treatment includes antipsychotic medication which completely cures the disease in 20% of the patients.
