Severity Classification and Characterization of Waterlogged Irrigation Fields in the Fincha™'a Valley Sugar Estate, Nile Basin of Western Ethiopia

In agricultural terms, the soil should be considered waterlogged when the water table is within such a distance from the surface of the ground that it reduces the crop production below its normal yield that would be expected from the soil type of that area DIRU (Department of Irrigation, Uttar Pradesh).
