IMRT consisted of an initial plan delivering 53 Gy to gross tumor volume (GTV) and 45 Gy to elective volumes and a boost plan delivering 16.96 Gy to GTV. The subjects were 10 patients with head and neck cancer who underwent computed tomography (CT) scans twice (first CT before treatment and second CT before boost). A sum of the initial and the boost plans for the first CT was Original total plan.
