In this study, we obtained a mathematical model for dispersion of air pollutants in moderated winds by taking into account the diffusion in vertical height direction and advection along the mean wind. The eddy diffusivity is assumed to be power law in the vertical length. We provided analytical solutions to the advection–diffusion equation for three-dimensional with the physically relevant boundary conditions.
