Heart Failure is a condition in which heart unable to pump blood to meet the requirement of the body. Weakening of the heart muscles due to age or other disorders leads to heart failure. Heart Failure, also called congestive heart failure, is when the heart can't keep up with its workload. Shortness of breath, persistent coughing or wheezing, Buildup of excess fluid in body tissues, fatigue are some of the major signs of heart failure. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity.
