Mycology Scientific Journals

Mycology is the study of fungi which is the sub-branch of biology. Many fungus causing diseases can be dealt in mycology. Though fungus causes some dreadful infectious diseases, some fungi have beneficiary effects on humans. Some fungi are edible such as mushrooms and yeast which are used for fermentation purposes. Candida albicans is the most common fungus that causes infections in humans. The target area of fungus to affect humans is skin causing psoriasis kind of diseases. Fungus cannot prepare their own food for survival, hence depends on human hosts. Scientific journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting novel research. Scientific journals contain articles that are peer reviewed, to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. The publication of the results of research is an essential part of the scientific method. If they are describing experiments or calculations, they must supply enough details that an independent researcher could repeat the experiment or calculation to verify the results. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
