Computer science is a branch of science which deals with the applications of computers. It is the analytical abstraction of the structure, feasibility, expression, and mechanization of the algorithm that comprises of representation, processing, storage of information. Such information is stored in a computer memory in the form of bits or transcribed in genes or also as a protein structure in a typical biological cell. Computer science has varied branches such as computer graphics, Theoretical computer science, programming and artificial intelligence, data mining and other fields of applied computer science.
The Journal of Computer Science & Systems Biology includes a wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises a peer review process for the submitted manuscripts for the quality of publishing.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
