Computer aided drug designing is being extensively used to identify potential treatment for a number of diseases. There are numerous bioinformatics tools available which can be used to establish newer drugs for various diseases. Some of these tools were used in this study, to establish potential drugs for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. However, in-vitro and in-vivo studies are essential to verify the results obtained by using computer aided drug designing. Vs N.S. Desai, Computer Aided Drug Designing Using Phytochemicals- Bacoside A3 and Myricetin and Nitric Oxide Donors- S-Nitroso-N-Acetylpenicillamine and Nitroglycerin as a Potential Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer.
