Electronic-Word-of-Mouth

Word of mouth, or viva voce, means passing the information from person to person by oral communication. Common form of word-of-mouth communication is storytelling where one person tells to others a story about a real incident or something which has made up. Through successive generations oral tradition is cultural material and traditions which has been transmitted by word of mouth. When Word of mouth is mediated through electronic means, the resulting electronic word of mouth refers to any statement consumers share via the Internet like web sites, social networks, instant messages, news and feeds about a product, service, brand, or company.
