Electrophoresis is used to characterize proteins, nucleic acid and any sub cellular particles. Main principle is based on the charge of the particles. Charged particles migrate in the applied electric field. So that samples are separated according to the charge density. In electrophoresis mainly gels are used as support medium.
Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected.
