The online entrepreneurship journal gives the scope of various disciplines of entrepreneurship. In studies carried out on entrepreneurship, continuously this question is raised that what is the prerequisite of organizational entrepreneurship and how is it stabilized in organization and how to pave the way for its emergence? To achieve this goal organization needs an appropriate structure. So it is of great importance to deliberate over the relationship between organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship should take place in appropriate setting. Organizational structure that encourages entrepreneurship is primary and required element for organizational entrepreneurship success. For this sake in this study we want to answer the question “which one of organizational structures provides more appropriate setting for organizational entrepreneurship? ( Relation between Organizational Structure and Organizational Entrepreneurship (Case study: Manufacturing Companies in the West of Mazandaran province- Maryam Ooshaksaraie, Mohammad Hadi Asghari, Zeinab Farajpur and Mohammad Taleghani ). A particularly powerful attribute of shared governance exists in the form of promotion and tenure. Tenure has historically been framed as the mechanism through which the merit of individual faculty scholarship, instructional activities and service is determined. Strict academic guidelines and expectations guide the pre-tenure experiences of faculty with overall merit being determined at the disciplinary level through a peer-to-peer review and evaluation model. This longstanding model has very little, if any alignment with organizational goals and priorities that are specific to revenue generation.
