Obesity is a condition in which the excess body fat starts to deposit in the adipose tissues that have negative effects on the person health. In this the person is having more weight than normally a person should have. Due to excess fat the person suffer from many health problems. Such people are at higher risk to suffer mainly form heart problems as the obese people have less work out. Obesity is measured by body mass index or BMI. If the body mass index is 30 or more than 30. Obesity usually occurs when the person is eating more calories than burning or having unhealthy diet. During this the person body deposits the extra fat in the body leading to obesity. Obesity can be treated by having a healthy diet, by dieting and regular exercise so as to burn the extra fat or by changing the lifestyle or food habits.
