Primary health care is abbreviated with PHCÂ. It can be defined as a technology which includes health care on the basis of practical, scientifically and socially traditional methods. The foremost aim of primary health care is better health for all. According to WHO there are few methods through which Primary health care can be achieved are to reduce and prohibit social disparity in health, to organize health services around people's needs and to integrate health into all sector.Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
