Sometimes when people do a certain thing or take out some proceeding they forget or sometimes they ignore the ethical and medico legal issues related to that work. Ethical and legal issue is related to the use of those things which are not been allowed. Sometimes scientists may perform experiments on some organisms that are religiously important to a particular group. So in that case they have to take permission of that person or concerned society.
Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given narrowly.
