Providing suitable working conditions, keeping a track of employee satisfaction and providing rewards and benefits as a mark of acknowledgement and appreciation to boost productivity is the main objective of a Manager of an organization. Peter Drucker, a famous Management consultant, describes management as a two-fold task: marketing and innovation. Based on the size of the organization, different levels of managers exist: Top-level managers, Middle-level managers and First-level managers. The top-level managers consists of the Board of Directors, Executive and Non-executive directors, the president, the vice-president and the CEOs.
Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
