Human factors and ergonomics (HF&E) is a multifaceted field integrating contributions from psychology, engineering, biomechanics, mechanobiology, industrial design, physiology and anthropometry. In crux, it involves the study of designing equipment and devices that fit the human body and its cognitive abilities. The two expressions "human factors" and "ergonomics" are fundamentally synonymous. Journal of Ergonomics (JER), an open access international journal of OMICS group is among the top open access journals and comprises the research and review articles about the latest ongoing research in the field of human factors. This scientific scholarly journal aims to publish the most recent and novel work of ergonomics and its related disciplines. Journal of Ergonomics is an open access journal which means it can be accessed without any subscription or rather members of the scientific community can access it for free.
