Hydrometeorology Scholarly Peer-review Journal

Hydrometeorology is the scientific study of the interaction between meteorological and hydrologic phenomena, including the occurrence, motion, and changes of state of atmospheric water, and the land surface and subsurface phases of the hydrologic cycle.Considerable emphasis is placed on determining, theoretically or empirically, the relationships between meteorological variables and the maximum precipitation reaching the ground. These analyses often serve as the bases for the design of flood-control and water-usage structures, primarily dams and reservoirs. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
