Journal of Information technology and Software Engineering encompasses a vast area of topics related to Software Engineering.Journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record Software Engineering can be considered as a branch and an essentially integral part of Computer Science Engineering. Software Engineering is a newly coined modern term of reference to what was earlier referred to a range of aspects of Systems analysis and Computer science. Software Engineering came into being with the introduction of von Neumann Architecture that served as a basis to distinguish hardware and software and as a solution to deal with cumbersome complex computing techniques. Software was distinguished from hardware on the basis of its physical and non-physical nature. Software Engineering basically deals with a set of commands that are executed to perform a certain action. These commands together to perform an action is a basic definition of a 'software '. From the time software was first formulated, various software were developed in different formats. These formats are called Programming Languages. A programming language differs from another depending on the format of written commands, ease of execution of the program and its complexity. On a general note, to define Software Engineering would be to design, develop and maintenance of software.
