They exibit typical basic textile properties like softness and lightness, flexibility, absorption, filtering etc. fabrics are widely showing significant development in the area of medical field as their use in medical field has expanded in many ways like wound healing, bandaging, pressur garments, in implantable devices and development of new intelligent textile products. as the present generation is undergoing changes and they need increase in life span from various situations like accidents, sports, diseases exposure to hazardous chemicals etc. and so the demand for medical fabrics is increasing. because of this the demand the researchers are working on this medical fabrics and they are in search of different medical fabrics materials and polymers. The researchers have included even the nano particles, and nano coated materials are the present inovations in the medical fiberic's field. As the Nano- techniques have accquired termendous impulse in the last decade. Review article comes in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and are a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an objective list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the criteria. They then compare the results presented in these papers. Literature reviews, by contrast, provide a summary of what the authors believe are the best and most relevant prior publications. The concept of "review article" is separate from the concept of peer-reviewed literature. It is possible for a review to be peer-reviewed, and it is possible for a review to be non-peer-reviewed.
