Vitiligo is often called as 'Vitiligo Vulgaris'. vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder. It is caused due to the the destruction of melanocytes. Lasers are used to treat vitiligo. The patients with vitiligo should avoid prolonged exposure to sun. Skin grafting is used for patients with vertiligo during initial satges and PUVA is the most common treatment given to the patients with vertiligo
