Molecular nutrition refers to the study of interactions between nutrients and molecules (molecules such as various intracellular and extracellular molecules).
Nutritional science majorly deals with the interactions of the molecules. Molecular nutrition mainly reveals the facts how nutrients affect the fundamental and the regulatory processes such as DNA repair, cell proliferation, and apoptosis.
