Neurological physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy that is mainly specialized in the treatment and management of individuals who have a neurological condition resulting from destruction to their brain, spinal cord or nerves. Neurological physiotherapy is carried out by neurological physiotherapist, they manage individuals with movement disorder as a result of injuries, illness and diseases of the brain, spinal cord and the wider neuromuscular system. Therapists perform with individuals across a wider range of issues ranging from sports injuries to those who have deadly brain or spinal cord destruction from trauma or neurological disorders.
