Neonatal nursing is the taking care of newborns. In the name neonatal indicates neo means “new” and natal means “pertaining to origin”. Taking care of newborns takes up to 28days. These include four levels In the 1st level care for healthy newborns, in 2nd level care for premature or ill babys, in 3rd level newborns are taken to intensive care unit, in 4th level care taken in very critical conditions and babies in complex conditions are taken care. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review
