Open-Raceway-Ponds

A raceway is known as a flow-through system of artificial channel used in Aquaculture to culture Aquatic organisms where as open raceway is an artificial pond used to experiment in the cultivation of Micro Algae .This raceway pond is divided into rectangular grid which contains an oval shape channel to automate raceway circuit. And each rectangle contains a paddle wheel for continuous water flow around the circuit and the water is kept in constant motion with a powered paddle wheel. It is a primary method of cultivation in open race way ponds.
